On the 7th, 21st and 28th of July, on the forecourt of the Nautical Base, facing the sea, on the Avenue de la Marquet in Cap d’Ail, Anette will teach her Vinyasa signature class from 9:30 to 11:00 am.

Please bring your mat and swimwear for a dive before and/or after class.
