Welcome to the 21st Sunshine Year with Anette Shine!

 I’m delighted to see you all again for the 21st Sunshine Season starting on Monday September 4th 2023.

This season also marks my 40 years jubilee as a teacher! Yes! I started out in 1983, only 19 years old, teaching YOGA-STRETCHING in Copenhagen.
So I have decided to put this popular class back on the schedule on Monday mornings! 

Here is the new Sunshine Schedule.  As you can see, I have a new French/Canadien instructor assisting me: Caroline, who will have her own class: “Yin Yoga & Méditation” every Friday morning, starting on Sep 15th. 
Caroline will substitute me when I’m away teaching retreats and yoga on cruises…. More about lovely Caroline below.
