Pilates Mat+Zumba classes start up on Monday September 30th

Pilates Mat classes will begin on Monday September 30th from 6:15 pm to 7:10 pm. Please bring your own mat.

Zumba Dance Party classes will begin on Monday September 30th from 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm. Please bring water and sport shoes.

Classes take place in La Salle de la Mer in Cap d’Ail, except during the school holidays periods.

Fee:

  • Pilates: 20€ per class
  • Zumba: 15€
