In January Anette Shine offers FREE individual 30 minutes assessment intro-reformer classes where you will get to know your own personal settings, learn the five basic principles and feel the magic of working out on a reformer.
The STOTT PILATES essential reformer repertoire is designed to establish a strong foundation for you on the Reformer. We focus on torso stability and use spring resistance to strengthen and tone the arms and legs. This training balances strength and mobility (both for your muscles and joints) and will re-align and balance your entire body. You will feel toned, agile, pain free and happy!
2018 marked the year where Anette did the comprehensive STOTT PILATES teacher trainings in both MATWORK and REFORMER.
