From September 15th to 21st, AMPA (Monégasque Association for Alzheimer Research) organizes the 15th edition of the event “Monaco bouge pour ceux qui oublient” (Monaco moves for those who forget) under the presidency of Catherine Pastor. By purchasing the purple bracelet (15€) in one of the three pharmacies, you support the medical research and can join all the classes around Monaco for a week, including a Gentle Yoga class by Anette Shine, by Larvotto beach on Saturday September 19th at noon. Remember to wear your bracelet to access the class, and to bring your own yoga mat, a cap, water bottle, sunscreen and sunglasses.
