Running on the third year, Anette Shine continues her Yoga TV show SUNSHINE with Monaco Info Channel.

We just filmed another three programs by the Lagoon at The Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel featuring Dekasana the posture of the Bird and Viparita Virabhadrasana the posture of the Inverted Warrior, both with Francesca.

And the last program was a demonstration of our STOTT Pilates Reformer with Cinzia.
