As from Monday July 5th, Anette Shine will be teaching an intense vinyasa yoga class called « POWER HOUR » = 60 minutes of dynamic yoga! The class will either take place inside La Salle de la Mer or right on top, as seen on the photo. Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
